Our Assessment Tools.
Here at The Yorkshire ADHD Clinic we use a range of narrow and broad-band assessment tools to support the clinical interview. We only use well-researched and empirically validated tools to ensure the highest standard of assessment. This means your diagnostic report should be robust enough to meet GP and NHS standards.
Here are some of the assessment tools available to us:
Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults (DIVA 5)
Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS)
QBCheck
Trauma Screening Questionnaire (TSQ)
Short Warwick Edinburgh Mental Well Being Scale (SWEMWBS)
Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9)
Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT)
Drug Use Disorders Identification Test (DUDIT)
BAARS-IV Self-Report: Current Symptoms
Wender Utah Rating Scale (WURS)
*This list is subject to change as new research is published and newer assessment tools become available! (they may not all form part of your individual assessment).
